چکیده
Accurate quantification of evapotranspiration (ET) at the watershed scale remains an important research challenge for managing water resources in arid and semiarid areas. In this study, daily latent heat flux (LE) maps kilometer were derived from two-source energy budget (TSEB) model fed by MODIS leaf area index (LAI), land surface temperature (LST) products, meteorological data ERA-Interim reanalysis 2001 to 2015 on Tensift catchment (center Morocco). As a preliminary step, both predicted LE time satellite overpass are evaluated comparison large database situ measurements eddy covariance (EC) observations, respectively. compared reasonably well measurements, but positive bias air was highlighted because stations used evaluation mainly installed irrigated fields while grid point is representative larger areas including bare (and hot) soil. Likewise, good agreement with EC gathered main crops region during 15 agricultural seasons correlation coefficient r = 0.70 reasonable 30 W/m2. After extrapolating instantaneous estimates ET values, monthly then assessed irrigation amounts provided local office added CRU precipitation dataset agreement; relative error more than 89% reached 0.80. Seasonal interannual analyzed relation climate use. Lastly, potential use improving early prediction grain yield, as detecting newly arboriculture, also discussed. The proposed method provides relatively simple way obtaining spatially distributed scale, especially not ungauged catchments.

Assessing interannual variability of evapotranspiration at the catchment scale using satellite‐based evapotranspiration data sets
[1] The catchment water‐energy balance at the interannual scale remains a challenge for bridging the important gap in our knowledge of the hydrologic cycle. This study investigates interannual evapotranspiration (ET) variability and water‐energy balance at over 547 catchments across the contiguous United States in different climate zones. The investigation is based on ET data estimated from sat...

ERA-Interim/Land is a global land surface reanalysis data set covering the period 1979–2010. It describes the evolution of soil moisture, soil temperature and snowpack. ERA-Interim/Land is the result of a single 32-year simulation with the latest ECMWF (European Centre for MediumRange Weather Forecasts) land surface model driven by meteorological forcing from the ERA-Interim atmospheric reanaly...
متن کاملFusion of Thermal Infrared and Visible Images Based on Multi-scale Transform and Sparse Representation
Due to the differences between the visible and thermal infrared images, combination of these two types of images is essential for better understanding the characteristics of targets and the environment. Thermal infrared images have most importance to distinguish targets from the background based on the radiation differences, which work well in all-weather and day/night conditions also in land s...
